Cancellations & Refunds:

If we cancel your Gin Tasting & Distillery Tour, you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price or a rebooking for another date of your choice, subject to availability.

No refunds will be offered for cancellations within 48 hours of the date of your tour. 

If you wish to amend the date of your booking, you should immediately contact us by phone or email at least 48 hours before the scheduled time and date.  We will endeavour, although we are not under any obligation, to accommodate the alternative date and time requested by you.

If you do not arrive for a pre-booked Gin Tasting & Distillery Tour, bookings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
